Starasia Taylor

Born and raised in Harlem and the Lowa, Starasia Taylor brings creativity, compassion, and strong organizational skills to her role as Administrative Assistant at Refined SOULtions. She is committed to making everyone she interacts with—whether clients, families, or community partners—feel respected, heard, and supported.
Starasia is a graduate of the High School of Art and Design, where she was trained as a traditional artist. Over time, she found her true voice through writing, spoken word, and community advocacy. Today, she uses that voice to help others stay on track and connected, managing scheduling and providing outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism.
Starasia supports the team’s daily operations by coordinating appointments, maintaining communication with families and partners, and ensuring that every interaction is rooted in care. Keeping us all on track with heart and hustle.
